How prepared do you feel for college or career? That’s the question a group of sophomores at Fairview High School asked themselves and students at the school as part of a year-long research project.

Each year, students from throughout the Cleveland area work together to research and help solve problems in their schools as part of the First Ring Student Leadership Institute. The Institute, comprised of approximately 90 students from 16 school districts, meets each month during the school year.
