Fantastic yoga session, for our weekly exercise group, hosted by Bangor Street Centre. It was a refreshing change to experience a session delivered by yoga expert Zoe MacPhail from Peak4, who also trains Manchester United teams. Chatting Chimer’s weekly sessions are ongoing.❤️
This was amazing.
