Our new chapter 'Collective responses to terrorist attacks' is out! In the chapter, @chriscocking and I discuss group responses to emergencies, social influence in response, and how interventions can involve zero responders to improve crowd safety.
The paper is finally out! @kayleighasmith_ brilliantly extends the identity leadership literature by showing how leadership being present and engaging in their staff's tasks helps them to understand staff's challenges and to facilitate ways for staff to achieve their goals.
