@hover I've reached out to them. Basically they confirm that you ignore user's whitelists in favor of your own blacklists. Which is horrible practice.

@hover what can be done to fix your overly aggressive spam filter? At this point 50% of my legit email is going to spam, even email from whitelisted domains. And flagging email as not spam not only has no impact, but sometimes totally looses the email!
