Right behind 17 and 09 as my favorite Vikings years ever. Way less talent than both those teams but would grind out wins with defense run game and special teams. Woke up excited for every game and haven't felt that in almost a decade now.

Today I learned that the reason J. Cole got emotional the other night performing ‘Love Yourz’ in the now viral clip was because of a kid named Collin Griffin, who he met in 2017 when Collin was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Collin’s Make-A-Wish was to meet Cole, and when he passed away the next year, Cole was even mentioned in his obituary.
Collin met Cole backstage at a show in DC, and Dreamville took care of him with merch and the like. Cole even took the shoes off his feet and signed them for Collin, asking him to work hard to beat cancer.
Collin told Cole that his music has been inspirational for him and helped him get through this difficult time, to which Cole responded "No, you inspire me." Collin broke down in tears.
Fast forward to Cole’s Cleveland show over the weekend, Collin’s family attended and held up pictures of him, which Cole called out right before performing ‘Love Yourz.’
Collin loved to draw, had a great passion for music, and he lived each day to the fullest. RIP 💙🕊️

Wouldn't go as far as to say problem but I don't think he's the genius everyone says he is. At first I attributed it to inexperience as a playcaller but years later even in stable QB situations he still makes the same mistakes. To me he's closer to average than elite
Not sure which way he was going with this but I'd argue this is an indictment more than evidence of success given several other metrics that tell a much worse story and the talent (recognizing the QB issues). I argue he's underperformed especially in comparison to his reputation

Yeah like this is pro level starter stuff. It's weird cause so many times players (Mendoza included) don't do this in college cause they're not asked to. If so, they usual aren't able to learn it in the NFL, but if they're special enough they can. Might change my tune on him

1. Caleb Williams (Potentially generational - best prospect since Luck)
2. Drake Maye (#1 in basically any other draft)
3. Daniels (large concerns)
4a. McCarthy (wouldn't risk a 1st on him realizing potential)

AR at least had the tools that had thr lottery chance of converting like Josh Allen or MVP Wentz. JJ had no elite trait - ceiling was already capped and he carried similar bust risk as a prospect
