@NYCHRA Spent 3hrs 58 mins on hold today trying to untangle a SNAP mess for my 88-year old mother. Got dropped right before it hit a 4-hour mark. Best customer service ever!😡
@Delta Really? You forcibly changed my chosen in advance Main Cabin aisle seat to a MIDDLE seat without my knowledge and offered to sell me a preferred seat on another flight for an extra charge. How's that for the "thrill"?
