Proud to have presented 2 oral talks and a poster:
Check out our preprint entitled "Cellular hnRNPA0 limits HIV-1 production by interference with LTR-activity and programmed ribosomal frameshifting"! The manuscript first authored by @FRoesmann@SPP1923@goetheuni is available @biorxivpreprint: https://t.co/uQtxQblghX
Excited to share our latest paper in collab. with @Roche, focusing on viral outgrowth of #SARSCoV2 in correlation with #subgenomicRNA and #genomicRNA as a predictive tool
Now accepted for publication in the Journal of Clinical Virology

I am happy to announce that our paper on SRSF1 was finally released! We observed that SRSF1 is modulated by type I IFNs and that these different levels of SRSF1 affect #HIV post integration steps and thus viral fitness. https://t.co/5hO9jR5P7x @SPP_1923
