Car owners in Abuja, please stop using your car phone holders at night.
The display on your phone attracts r0bbers to you either at traffic lights or while parked.
Put your phone somewhere else that outsiders won't see.
Reduce the brightness of your phone at night please.
A lot of people have been att@cked because of their phones clearly showing from their car.

Everybody on your timeline is suddenly talking about IPOs, Public Offers and "getting in early." But you still don't know the difference between an IPO, a Public Offer and a Rights Issue.
Now that you can invest in all three directly on Cowrywise, I'll break them down in plain English and talk about how to decide how much to invest🧵
If you are a car owner in Abuja either old and new please read this carefully.

I took 400mg of magnesium glycinate and 300mg of ashwagandha together for the first time last Thursday.
I did not sleep faster. I stopped waking up at 3am for the first time in two years.
Nobody told me cortisol needed addressing before magnesium could finish its job.🧵
High cortisol is the real reason you wake up at 3-4 AM.
It also shaves 5 years off your life — tanks testosterone, locks belly fat, literally shrinks your brain.
If I wanted to fix it without medication, here are 8 things I'd do every day:
1. No food 3 hours before bed.
Most Nigerians don’t know this 👇🏽
The Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) has an official portal called e-CSCS where you can view your ENTIRE stock portfolio in one place.
Every share you own across ALL stockbrokers is linked through your CHN.
So even if you:
• Use multiple brokers
• Forgot where you bought certain shares
• Received bonus shares
• Have unclaimed rights issues
…your CHN connects everything together.
One login = full visibility into your NGX investments.
A lot of “missing shares” are not actually missing investors just never checked their CSCS account.
There are stocks on the NGX you can buy today but will never be able to sell. 🇳🇬⚠️
They look cheap. They look like opportunities. But nobody is trading them. Not today. Not yesterday. Not tomorrow.

The Dogs of the Dow/NGX is one of the easiest and most popular dividend strategies in the world. It was created decades ago for the Dow Jones Industrial Average, but it can work as well on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).
I will show you how to create this on Sunday during our weekly Money X show.
Yes, you can invest in US stocks if you have a trading app like @investbamboo
If you earn a salary and want to start investing on the NGX, here's how I'd build a starter portfolio:
→ Emergency fund first — 3 months expenses in money market (16.57% p.a. on Cowrywise)
→ Then: GTCO + UBA + ZENITH for dividends
→ Add growth: MTNN, NASCON, ARADEL
→ SIP monthly — even ₦10K compounds over time
The goal isn't to get rich fast. It's to stop being poor slowly.
The difference between Treasury Bills, Mutual Funds, and Federal Government Bonds
Treasury Bills are low risk government backed investments where you are essentially lending money to the government for a short period. You buy at a discount and get your full amount back at maturity plus interest. They are best for short term, usually under one year, and are ideal if you want capital safety.
Mutual Funds are pooled investments managed by professionals. They are more flexible because you can usually withdraw when needed, and they can generate returns through diversification and compounding. They suit people who want a balance between safety and growth over time.
Federal Government Bonds (FGN Bonds) are also government backed but designed for longer term investing. You lend money to the government for 2 to 3 years or more and receive interest payments periodically, while your capital is returned at maturity. They are best for long term, stable income seekers.
In simple terms:
Treasury Bills are short term and predictable
Mutual Funds are flexible and growth oriented
FGN Bonds are long term and structured
All three are relatively low risk and often accessible with small starting amounts.
