@okswayam_ you guys are looking at this wrong. he is pushing the industry to bring back more IMAX 70MM. it’s a dying format, we used to have a lot of true IMAX. just this year, they are making 3 more IMAX 70MM because of the odyssey.

@casualusury Standard ratio is actually an indication of where you need to have your focus on. so even with an IMAX ratio, you should not focus on those expanded area, the use is to immerse you more in the movie. think of it like Screen X, but IMAX is actually the director’s intent.
