Instances like this shows that the State is an uncaring system that commonly strives for 'adequate' when so much more is easily attainable. Not to mention that humiliation is often a component they use. A lot can be hidden behind 'adequate' standards..

Nothing happened

In 2013 I was alone disclosing my abuse by Bennell

Police knew at least 9 more made no contact with them
