In the Media Center, we are giving out the JAW-SOME Reader award for reading the most books and words per month. For August, our very own Eudiel Hernandez won for reading 13 books with a total of 54,676 words. Now that's JAW-SOME!!!

Next week is Fair Street's Hispanic Heritage Spirit Week. Monday, we'd like to see everyone in their Sports Jersey or Flower Crown. It's going to be a great week at Fair Street!

International Dot Day was tons of fun for our Pre-K students! International Dot Day is named for the classic Peter H. Reynolds storybook The Dot. If you haven't read it you need to check it out - pun intended!

Today our 5th Graders walked Fair Street one last time. I know it was an emotional time for some - we saw a few tears being shed. But, it is a bittersweet event. We will miss them and if they want to visit, Fair Street will be here. @FSIAprincipal @GCSS_FS
