Today, I had the honour of commissioning the Social Services Committee (SSC) at Kyotera District Headquarters, with Kyotera serving as the pilot district for this important initiative.

The SSC is a step towards revitalising grassroots structures, strengthening coordination across sectors and improving community health and social service delivery.

I commend all stakeholders for their commitment to making Kyotera a model for this initiative. Together, we can build stronger communities and deliver better services to our people.

Today I had the honor of representing Uganda at the 49th Executive Council of the @_AfricanUnion.

Uganda reaffirmed its commitment to a stronger and more effective African Union by supporting the recruitment of 74 new positions, representing 40% of the Union’s priority rationalized staffing requirements. This will help address critical staffing gaps across the Commission, AU Organs and Offices and enhance institutional effectiveness in delivering the Union’s mandate.

We further reaffirmed our support for an open, rules-based, transparent, fair, inclusive and development-oriented multilateral trading system, with the World Trade Organization at its core, recognizing that predictable global trade remains essential to Africa’s economic transformation and sustainable development.

Jude Kisirinya has today handed over the office of the Town clerk, Kyotera T/C to Francis Ssebaduka who has been serving at Mutukula TC. The former will take on Mutukula TC. Transfers are part Local Gov't activities as we target service delivery @MoLGUganda

Returning to Nakasoga Secondary School as an Old Boy and serving as the Chief Guest during this year’s Music, Dance and Drama (MDD) competitions was a truly special and nostalgic moment.

I am proud to see my former school continuing to nurture young people through education, culture, creativity, and discipline. The impressive performances by the learners are a testament to the dedication of the teachers and the commitment of the entire school community.

As part of my contribution to the school’s continued growth, I handed over 10 laptops to support digital learning, in addition to the UGX 300 million that I successfully lobbied for towards the school’s development.

Nakasoga Secondary School will always hold a special place in my heart. I remain committed to supporting initiatives that improve learning opportunities and empower the next generation to realize their full potential.
