@bee_not_hachi So, when hit, the fire hydrant reduces fractional percents down and freezes the Stale-Move Negation. Its actual health is 13% and it ignores the 1v1 multiplier. In a duel, you must first divide damages by 1.2, then round down.
Is it correct ?

But at this range, Fox's lasers deal 1.1% damage. Rounded down, they should deal 1% damage, but that's not the case
When I equip a weak spirit, it deals 1.2% damage and deals damage to the hydrant
