For World Storytelling day we’d like to share with you one of Amelia Scott’s short stories. ‘Benny Bolt’ is about the realities of life and death in a workhouse called Stourton, possibly based on Tonbridge workhouse in Pembury (now Tunbridge Wells Hospital).
