@Rabadash2 Your wrong. Values swing wildly (tax on peaks, then losses), homes/startups are illiquid, valuations are subjective.

It traps working class by taxing paper wealth from property/investments, discouraging saving & risk-taking needed to escape. Hits strivers hardest.
