Our water is sampled and tested regularly by means of flushing waterlines. Flushing and sampling occurs on a periodic basis as well as following any waterline repair. If you see Jimmy out and about, be sure to wave hello!

Tomorrow, March 22nd is World Water Day. This day is held to highlight the importance of fresh, safe water. We all are thankful for the technology and innovations that allow us to have clean water at our fingertips, especially when so many others go without.

Pipes are underground, so how do we know if they need to be replaced or not? CCTV cameras solve that problem. This robot pictured is equipped with a high definition cameras used to collect data from inside the underground pipes.

Today we recognize our Capital Construction crew. With having this team on our side, we are able to handle much of our own infrastructure installation needs. We are thankful for their hard work and dedication to First Utility in order for us to better meet the needs.
