After a nearly 40 year long "War on Drugs," you can't keep drugs off the streets, you can't keep drugs out of elementary schools, you can't even keep drugs out of federal prison.

You are not required to show ID without articulable suspicion of a crime. The police know that. They routinely break the law by ignoring it.

Rhetorical question: If the West can invade Libya, Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan for “humanitarian” reasons, why can’t Russia invade Ukraine for continuously besieging and killing civilians in Donbas? Nearly 14,000 have been killed by Kiev of whom many are children and women.
