@SimonCalder A large bowl of freshly whipped Italian meringue in a hotel in Mallorca. Absolutely delicious but far too sweet for breakfast. Also served Cava at breakfast on weekends in lots of lovely Spanish hotels, mixed with some freshly squeezed orange juice 👌
