@O2 I get "call ended" straight away when trying to dial out. Also when someone calls my No. They go straight to voicemail.

Fed up of the unreliability of SkyQ box over the past few months. Unit has been down now since Tuesday - despite numerous reset attempts. Just spent 46 minutes on hold in the Sky help line - gave up. VIP but doesn't mean anything with service. Can you help @SkyHelpTeam
