On Sunday, November 16, 2025, at approximately 1:20 a.m., the Fredericksburg E-911 Center received a report of shots fired in the 1100 block of Fleetwood Court.
Upon officersโ arrival, Sean Favors and the reporting partyโs brother had been involved in a physical altercation outside the residence. Sean Favors was then seen running back into his apartment and waited for the brother to return. He shot his firearm into a group of four people intentionally as they were walking back into the apartment complex. The reporting party then observed two individuals, including the suspect, enter a vehicle parked in front of the leasing office and flee towards Lafayette Boulevard.
A patrol officer initiated a traffic stop of the above vehicle, during which two persons fled on foot. The juvenile is related to the suspect and was placed in protective custody following the incident. A search of the vehicle led to a firearm being recovered. Sean Favors was arrested without incident at his apartment complex the same day.
