Your ticket inspectors don't seem to understand this though

@EastMidRailway Can you please explain why your website says I can't travel on a Super Off Peak Return ticket at 9:16am, but it DOES allow me to buy one for that time.
I've had rude ticket inspectors threatening to remove me from the train TWICE because of this discrepancy.

@EastMidRailway True, but the 9:40 train shown in that image is an East Midlands, yet it still allows me to select it and buy a super off peak ticket despite its arrival time in London being 10:22

@EastMidRailway can a super off-peak return from Bedford to St Pancras be used on the 9:40am train? I've been told multiple times by staff at the station that it can but threatened with fines by an extremely rude inspector on the train.
