❌ “Bleeding a lot”

WHY AVOID IT:

“Bleeding a lot” is subjective. One nurse’s interpretation of “a lot” may differ from another’s. It doesn’t describe the severity or provide measurable information.

✅ CHART INSTEAD:

@ 1700 Dressing saturated with approximately 75mL of bright red drainage. Active oozing noted from the surgical incision.

Sterile 4×4 gauze applied and secured with a pressure dressing.

Vital signs obtained: BP 104/60 mmHg, HR 102 bpm, RR 20 breaths/min, Temp 36.8°C, SpO₂ 99% on 2Lits of Oxygen,Patient alert and oriented ×4.

Skin warm and dry,Provider notified.

Will continue to monitor dressing, drainage, and hemodynamic status.

“Coarse crackles auscultated at bilateral posterior lung bases.

Patient reports shortness of breath with exertion. Respiratory rate 24 breaths/min. SpO₂ 89% on room air.

Oxygen initiated at 2 L/min via nasal cannula per order.”

My take on all these is very simple, As a lady/woman your first priority to yourself is to make money for yourself. You must ensure you have a sustainable means of income and resources
Secondly, protect yourself by having a strong ability to earn
Thirdly, make money 🤑, yes lots of it in your name, Read books about finances, make money and protect it
Number 4, Again make money, just make it, have assets and protect it
You can and should have a will as a woman too , Yes , protect your money
The goal post will continue to shift and if you don't protect yourself you will suffer the consequences

• ❌ “Wound looks worse.”
• ❌ “Dressing dirty.”
• ❌ “Looks infected.”

This sounds better;

✅ “Wound 3 cm by 2 cm. 0.3 cm depth. Edges pink.”

✅ “Moderate serosanguinous drainage.”

✅ “Dressing saturated. Changed at 02:15. Skin clean and intact around site.”

✅ “Redness and warmth present around incision. Provider notified.”

If you like, don’t be insistent on getting provided for in terms of all your essentials, including cooking utensils & other similar items to help you settle that they’ve culturally turned to you & your family’s responsibility (yes I’m stubborn & repetitive. Cry 🌚). If you like, don’t pursue your halal financial independence (which doesn’t have to be office job, and which he absolutely doesn’t have the right to stop you from). If you like, stay & endure all sorts of nonsense that internally kills you & cause you unbearable harm you because of all the gaslighting about divorce (of course only when necessary).

At the end of the day, both men and women cannot do without the other, no matter how much these folks try to make you think it’s just a feminine issue. “Nobody will marry you”, I promise you nobody will marry them too if y’all stand on business & start being similarly intentional about your desires and rights. “Marriage is not just about rights”, lol, I pity you. Classic كلمت حق يراد بها باطل.

Half a word is enough for the wise sha. May Allaah rectify us all and may he grant good people good people and only allow the demons across both aisles to find one another.
