@SCFCJosh96 Emmanuel Adebayor is one of the most disrespected footballers. Also don’t let people tell you a players club career is all that matters. Adebayor gets the same level of in Africa as Eto’o, Drogba and Salah because of what he did for his national team.
@sexyman48@OldNewYork1664 I would say South American Teams are the Big East with Argentina being UCONN(Incredibly passionate fans and still elite programs but not able to compete with the Power 5 Euros) Argentina is UCONN because they still have recent success
@Eric_Erins You’d be surprised how much of the world’s conception of Chicago come from drill music. For people over 35 they might think of the Bulls and Jordan but for Gen Z foreigners the only thing they know about Chicago is Chief Keef
@omar_dddg Just like the Middle East was destroyed by oil and the worlds dependence on it. South America was cursed with the coca leaf. South America before and after the popularization of cocaine are very different places
@aaaaaaaaaasshh@_SwantonBom It’s a weird dynamic because some people who age quickly reach a certain point of aging and just stay there for the next 40 years and other people don’t age quickly and then just age 15 years in 2 years
@JoshuaOgundu Striver syndrome. There’s a class of Asian and Indian men who spent their lives chasing the most prestigious jobs because they thought it would make them visible to women and they resent the fact that they have to jump through hoops for what other men are simply handed
@NobletStrength The evidence of this is that none of the Crown Jewels of the British empire are football nations(India, Australia, New Zealand, West Indies) are all cricket nations but cricket never spread to Europe for those other countries to spread it around the world
@NobletStrength I think it’s because people think the British spread soccer around the world when it was more so they spread it to other European countries and those countries spread it to their colonies(most of the powerhouses of African football are former French colonies, Latin America)
