Is @ClaroBrasil the absolute worst? Yep!
9 days without internet. Tech 1 did nothing and didn’t properly report. Called and asked for update, we got sent tech 2 who couldn’t do anything cause we were still in the 72 hour window.
Tech 3 was great, gave full detailed report (1/x)

(2/x) tech 3 provided details. Spoke to his supervisor for 20 min. Now today we get a call from @ClaroBrasil asking for a satisfactory rating. For what? How did we like their service in resolving the issue? Ehm, the issue is NOT resolved. We still don’t have internet!
