The only comment I have for you this week @lennysan is that Elizabeth Stone is the definition of what a leader who exemplifies what growth mindset looks like & seems like a wonderful boss to work for! Extremely grounded, love her style of giving “many” examples to your questions & admire the nerd thinking of #ExcellenceAsAnOS still working my way thru the episode, finding I have to stop and go back to hear it again often in this one. Brilliant episode
Dear @AnthropicAI at one time I was all in on #Claude / @claudeai & using the CLI leveraging my terminal as my harness. Typically I’ll have multi tabs w/ @OpenAI #Codex running as well & ofcourse @github #Copilot sharing a common @Obsidian vault… but lately I evolved; now using @opencode more with my local models @Alibaba_Qwen 3.6, #Codex & #GHCP with minimal #Claude. I promise you that if #Fable goes out of my #PlusPlan full capacity the correlation is that my subscription will go with it! If & when #Kimi K3 can run on my MacBook Pro 128 GB RAM / 40 Core GPU on MLX or Ollama, that’ll be it. Repair the cracks in the Dam before everything comes tumbling down & everything washes away cc @bcherny et al
$MSFT Satya becoming more and more vocal about hyperscalers being the enterprise “defense layer” from AI model providers.
I do agree with him that the hyperscalers are the natural orchestration layer, at the same time it seems every big tech CEO has become more vocal.
The AI race has become a capital race and stock price matters now.
Hey @lennysan another great episode with @noamseg .. I took notes this time, & left you a comment on YT as usual, but wanted to call out few things that landed with me and questions... 1. it'd be great if you could share the data with the public sanitized of course or share the sample size 2. The #manager narrative is key, both up and down, the most striking thing for me & what hit home is YES... folks now are so #HeadsDown trying to stay on top of the tech it leaves little or no room for #humanconnection which is sad and something I am hearing as well too. Love this episode, still waiting for your next in person one tho' 😉
Brilliant episode @lennysan & the outtakes as well from the 2 other folks in the room is insightful as well, love what @ajambrosino said about “that’s how a lot of these features get started” listen to ur users & especially the ones that the product was not initially designed around but are finding ways of making it work for them. … great way to start my morning, feel energized https://t.co/5NnrqHf4bO
Hey @lennysan I’m listening to your talk with @ajambrosino now, great talk, I’m fixated so far (I’m only 25 mins in) on the idea of the baby app a means to experiment & improve, I guess as an extension of what we think of as a prototype… & I love this format, do more where you can in person. But it begs the question… is this pic & call out #productplacement for @lacroixwater 😊

Copilot Cowork is now generally available!
Over the last few months of preview in Frontier, we’ve seen you use Cowork to help with so many different tasks. We’ve also been listening closely to your feedback and with GA, we’re bringing you more improvements + new features across model choice, extensibility through plugins, browser automation, and cost management controls.
Here’s a quick demo showing the latest updates in action - inspired by some of my own day-to-day tasks. You can also read more in the blog linked below...
The most profound paragraph from @satyanadella here is this one
“This means the real opportunity is not in picking the best model but instead in building a learning loop on top of models where human capital and token capital compound. You can offload a task, or even a job, but you can never offload your learning. The future of the firm is the ability to compound that learning across people and AI.”
& moreover the 2nd to last sentence. not my diagram, saw it on Reddit, but it sums up not just what learning is becoming, but also certain roles within the org! For instance #ProductManagers => #ProductEngineers

This year’s graduates are sending a clear message about AI and jobs. We should listen. They’re reminding us that AI should serve people, not replace them. @Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and organization to achieve more. That means helping people build the skills to use technology to create new opportunities. If we’re not doing that, we’re not doing our job.

pretty much darn near midnight & I did the WRONG THING by watching #WWDC26 around 2200 hrs so now Im fiddling with #MLX and #OpenCode & local models on my #MacBookPro but need to go to bed now... I know it works & im excited to port my #iOS app #WANDR https://t.co/XDvO8vZL7p that uses #OpenAI models to a #QWEN on device! Exiting times ahead @Apple@opencode #DevLife
just finished watching @Apple#WWDC26 and totally impressed with the #AppleIntelligence work & eager to get the updates with my #Developer account starting tomorrow. Love the local models approach, kind of want to know more about #PrivateCloudCompute tho' the word is thrown around but not really explained much.
