Arriving wrecked in Amsterdam. Where do I start? We were supposed to fly from Mexico City to Madrid. The flight was cancelled and @aeromexico put us on the Amsterdam bound flight. The problems with that: we checked in on 1D/1F for our original flight to Madrid…..

@Aeromexico I have visited as requested and filed a complaint there as I was going to do anyways. It just don’t add up the fact that in the social media you were asking for my flight details to be sent via DM to be checked if I ended up having to go through the customer service channels.

@Aeromexico We ended up arriving home at 2 am on the 1st, missing the party with family and friends. This was after a horrible flight to Amsterdam with no working seats and a lay over of 6 hours in Amsterdam, followed by the Lisbon Flight and a 3 hour drive.

@Aeromexico These were the original boarding passes for the Mexico City - Madrid flight. They contained my seat selection as well as the choice of food. As you can check we would be arriving in Lisbon by 19:15 and after driving back home in the Algarve at 10pm with plenty of time to spare.

she was the one serving my aisle, which means I did not get an amicable treatment from her for the whole flight. Really bad experience all together with almost no support from @aeromexico. I hope 2026 has a better beginning compared to the way 2025 is ending.

since the only flight available to Lisbon leaves here at 21:15 and arrives in Lisbon at 23:10. This means we will not arrive home in time for the New Years Eve party with friends. To make things even worse the chief of Cabin on the AM25 flight was extremely rude to us and

they reset it multiple times and the reclining commands did not work properly. Our food selection as chosen originally, were not available for this flight and we ended up eating what was left over. We are now sitting in the lounge and will be here for a long while

and we would be arriving in Lisbon at 19:15, in time to drive home for the New Year’s Eve party. With this new arrangement, we were given seats 9D/9F, the worst seats in Business as they are beside the toilets. Seat 9F was faulty the majority of the flight,

If that meeting were ever possible, I would have told my 20-year-old self that although we would face a bumpy ride, every single minute of the journey would be grand and, I would have reassured him of the bright future ahead with personal happiness and professional satisfaction.

I had the privilege to viva the PhD thesis of Gabrielle Bangay supervised by my dear friend Patricia Rijo at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Alcala in Spain. Once again, congratulations Gabrielle and Patricia and it was fascinating to see how charming Alcala de Henares is.
