The iPhone 18 Pro is widely expected to debut Apple's A20 Pro chip built on TSMC's 2nm process.

Supply chain reports also suggest Apple could adopt WMCM packaging, which may improve efficiency, thermals, and AI performance.

More recent leaks claim the chip could feature a 96 bit memory interface and redesigned memory layout, However those details have not yet been independently verified.
