@theCecilz I think it mostly comes down to having a vague vision as the consumer, but not quite knowing what style you want until you stumble across an artist where it just suddenly clicks. AI requires you to have a complete vision, but as a non artist, I don’t always have that.

@geoffkeighley E33 deserved all of its wins except art direction and RPG imo. KCD2 should have gotten RPG, and Hades deserved the Art direction. Hades 2 art and level design is absolutely incredible. All 3 of these games are amazing though, so it's a tough one.

Everyone keeps saying this is going to change the game industry, but the best games have always been made by small dev teams building games that they themselves want to play. We've forgotten this through the mountains of corporate slop targeting broad market appeal.

The rest of the game really delivers on “everything clicked and I got better” but this final tier feels artificially difficult with the speed of the mobs and the amount of damage they do. Hoping for better tuning so we can use vows for difficulty rather than the way it is now 2/2

@SupergiantGames Massive fan of the Hades games, but I really hope you reconsider the difficulty of Olympus on launch. The new tier is clearable, but it’s just not very fun. The mobs do way too much damage and trap you in combos. The challenge ramp up feels really unnatural 1/2

@TFDUpdates Love the game, but the optimization caused me to quit. After the season 2 patch, it became unplayable due to crashes. The monetization was just too aggressive as well. It’s a shame because I think the gameplay itself is a lot of fun

@quantian1 We have smaller game studios dropping <$30 games that deliver more value than the AAA studios. Why would we want to spend $100 gambling on half finished games with overpriced DLCs? AAA games aren’t able to deliver a better value proposition because of fiduciary responsibilities.
