In #Kunar province, @FAO with support from @WorldBank, is building the 815m #Chawki Canal. This project will protect 420ha and create 800 skilled and 5000 unskilled jobs in 10 months.

But the most important visits were to vulnerable farmers in Nangahar, Kunar, Laghman & Maidan Wardak provinces to see the impact of @FAO's emergency agricultural work.
