Amazed this afternoon to receive a complaint from a PR agency whinging that a reviewer had the nerve to mildly criticise a restaurant for 'below par' food in a balanced review (@ComptoirLibanai). Some PRs expect adverts not reviews. I'm proud that we're not afraid to be honest.
