HOW I TRADE : MY STYLE EXPLAINED
People keep asking me how I trade, so here’s the simplest way I can explain it.
This isn’t a strategy I copied from a textbook.
It’s a combination of price action, patience, scaling positions and waiting for the trade I believe has the highest probability of making a big move.
1️⃣ I DON’T NEED EVERY TRADE TO WIN
This is probably the biggest difference.
I can take several small losses while waiting for the trade I really want.
I don’t expect to win every entry.
I’m looking for the trades where, if I’m right, the move can be significant.
That’s why you’ll sometimes see 200% / 300%+ trades.
2️⃣ I START SMALL
When I see a potential setup, I don’t necessarily throw a huge position at it immediately.
I’ll often start with a smaller lot size.
Why?
Because I don’t know yet whether the market is going to move immediately or give me a better entry.
I’m giving the market room to prove me right.
3️⃣ I USE OUR CHANNELS FOR CONFIRMATION
I use the analysis and information available inside our channels to help confirm what I’m seeing.
But ultimately, I’m responsible for my own entries and exits.
I’m looking at things like
• Liquidity
• Market structure
• Momentum
• Previous highs/lows
• Reactions around key levels
• Breakouts and reversals
• FVGs / imbalances
• Overall price action
I’m trying to find the point where several things line up.
4️⃣ IF THE FIRST ENTRY FAILS, I DON’T CHASE IT
If price moves against me and my original idea is invalidated, I’ll take the loss.
If the broader setup still makes sense and I get another valid entry, I may re-enter with a larger position.
This is where my style becomes different from conventional fixed-lot trading.
I’m not simply entering the exact same trade repeatedly.
I’m waiting for a better opportunity within the same overall market idea.
5️⃣ THE POSITION CAN BECOME LARGER
If I have several small failed attempts before catching the move, my eventual position can be significantly larger.
For example:
Small loss
↓
Small loss
↓
Another small attempt
↓
Better confirmation
↓
Larger position
↓
BIG move
So the earlier losses are relatively small, while the winning position I’m waiting for can have considerably more exposure.
This is deliberate but it also increases risk.
The bigger the position becomes, the more important risk management and account size become.
6️⃣ THEN I WAIT
This is probably the hardest part.
Once I’m in the right area, I don’t necessarily want to scalp out for a tiny profit.
I’m looking for the market to actually make the move.
Sometimes that means sitting through noise.
Sometimes it means waiting much longer than people expect.
And sometimes the setup simply doesn’t work.
Patience is a massive part of this style.
7️⃣ I’M LOOKING FOR ASYMMETRIC RESULTS
My week might look something like:
15 small losses
5 BIG winners
That doesn’t automatically mean the strategy is profitable — the actual numbers matter.
But if the winners are substantially larger than the combined losses, the overall result can still be positive.
That’s the concept I’m trying to exploit:
Small losses + occasional large winners.
8️⃣ WHY I LIKE THIS STYLE
I’m not trying to predict every candle.
I’m trying to identify areas where I believe the market is likely to make a meaningful move.
Then I’m prepared to take several small losses while waiting for the setup that gives me the larger opportunity.
It’s basically:
Find the area → start small → reassess → wait for confirmation → scale when appropriate → let the winner run.
9️⃣ THERE’S NO MAGIC BUTTON
This style isn’t for everyone.
You need:
• Patience
• Discipline
• Strict awareness of your margin
• A predefined point where the overall idea is wrong
• The ability to accept losses
• The ability NOT to keep increasing size indefinitely
Because there’s a serious downside to increasing position size after losses.
@binance My smallest trading desk is basically me + AI 😂
I use it to research narratives, understand macro and challenge my assumptions before taking a position.📊 👷🏿♂️

@FabrizioRomano Harry Kane is a great player, and I’d be happy to see him win the Ballon d’Or. After his achievements in the Premier League and his incredible performances in the Bundesliga, this could be his best chance. What a player 👏🏿👏🏿

Some relationships leave our lives, but never leave our hearts.
Their memories grow deeper with every breath.
Time passes, but the incompleteness lingers.
Some people, even after separation, remain within us for the rest of our lives.
