Guys, the mattress store down by the bank is having a sale on mattresses. I know, I was surprised too.

Also, the bank gets a delivery/pickup via armored truck every Tuesday morning, in case anyone needs to know that.

This is actually a lot worse than I initially thought. They divided the land, built a house, and applied to rezone the property to commercial. I can protest the application, but I suspect the county is already spending the anticipated tax income.

A beautiful 11 acre lot down the road from us sold last year. The new owner immediately cut most of the trees, sub-divided the land, and is building two additional houses. 😥

There is a 100+ acre tree farm near us that I tell my wife we will buy to save from developers if we win the lottery or something. I guess we would have to buy lotto tickets for that to happen though.
