Made a Tricky Trials checklist for my world, but thought you might find it useful too!

Have fun experiencing Minecraft 1.21!

Other games with more players on Steam (as shown on SteamDB) currently include:
2013's Cube World
2013's Fez
2016 software Vegas Pro 14 (which you can't even buy any more)
Every Five Nights at Freddy's game ever released

[Block Facts @FactsBlock]

The final Minecraft Legends update has just been announced, less than a year after release.

2014's "The Lego Movie Videogame" currently has twice as many players on Steam than 2023's Minecraft Legends.

Here's all the 1.21 announcements in 30 seconds, that Mojang revealed at Minecraft Live.

You'll be able to test Minecraft 1.21's features in the next few weeks!

[Block Facts @FactsBlock]

he's so cool I wish they'd add him to minecraft 😉

[Block Facts @FactsBlock]

However, forking means that there are now TWO competing Minecraft Wikis, creating a war in the Google search results.

So please don't use the Fandom wiki, to make sure the new one shows up first! (You'll have a FAR better experience too!)

[Block Facts @FactsBlock]

The Minecraft Wiki is moving to https://t.co/mWfmTqheYr!
The old wiki will stay up, but please don't use it. (explanation in replies)

This means:
Only 1 small ad per page,
no ads in the EU/UK,
and no ads when logged in!

[Block Facts @FactsBlock]

The wiki editors voted to create a fork, mainly due to Fandom's terrible ad-filled layout.

They chose to have the new wiki hosted by the company who host the official RuneScape Wiki, which has VERY few ads because their goal is not to make a profit.

[Block Facts @FactsBlock]

Update:
Looks like they just googled "minecraft dropped items" and used one of the first results...

How did they not realise this was a modded Java image? 🤦

[Block Facts @FactsBlock]

Mojang have accidentally shown item physics in a Bedrock Edition changelog.

This is likely a leaked 1.21 feature, as there is currently no physics mod available for Bedrock.

According to Mojang support, you'll lose access to Minecraft but you'll have 18 months to request a refund.
From today, they will no longer help you migrate.
The exact deadline is 3pm UTC on September 19th 2023.
And no, old usernames will not be freed up.

[Block Facts @FactsBlock]

PSA: In 2 weeks, Mojang will be permanently locking all PAID Minecraft accounts that haven't been migrated.
If you know someone who hasn't played in the last 2 years, please let them know.

[Minecraft @Minecraft]

Still have a Mojang account? The deadline to migrate is coming in September.
