BONE_WORM is an unused enemy found in the code for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. It is one of the least known about unused enemies.

It is unknown what this enemy was supposed to do, perhaps it got replaced by the posthumous version of Needles, Pasty?

The powered up trinket removes spikes from Grudges, Gehenna Spike Balls, and the spike balls from Singe.

You can unlock them after beating Mom for the first time. You even get a cool unlock paper!

"Necromancer" is a new transformation in the Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ you get by having the Missing Page trinket, Missing Page 2, and Necronomicon.

It gives you a super powered Necronomicon that you can use 10 times a floor. The charge resets when you go to a new floor.

In the files for the Binding of Isaac: Repentance, there exists unused tear splat sounds that were meant to replace the old tear sounds.

This was never shipped in the final game though.

These new sounds were also made by Joey Kuras.
