The Namahadi police are requesting Jan Motloutwane Nhlapo (41), who is a person of interest, to assist with an investigation into a case of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH).

The incident occurred on Tuesday, 25 August 2026, at Mangaung Village in Qwaqwa, where a woman was allegedly assaulted with a wooden stick.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the person of interest, or who can assist with the investigation, is requested to contact Namahadi Detective Warrant Officer Nhlapo on 078 116 1241.
