@TheRavenArmed A bit of both. If I'm unable to actively listen then I'll keep the person tabbed up. Usually I listen while I work on things though.

@TheRavenArmed My current ones were modded after a month, but they also came from someone I highly trust. If it were someone new id give them 4 months, simply to see if their intentions are genuine, if that makes sense.
