@khan145527 @mrjethwani1 They have no choice, reserved tickets are not affordable for many & perks of general coach is that TC rarely comes to check. Also it's difficult to get a reserved ticket unless you book it 2 weeks prior. 2ndly all trains are similarly crowded.
