You may argue otherwise, but general "toxicity and bad influence on viewers" sounds pretty unspecific.

It can be illegal to directly call someone names online, as it is offline. But that doesn't prevent most of us from doing it. Question is, whether we as a community accept certain insults. I surely do.

@remodemo I know what you mean, but it's important to look at it on a case by case basis. Taking German law (§ 185 stgb) as a basis, insults can quickly turn into an offence. It's tricky in an online environment, but heavy insults, racist slurs, etc are not covered by freedown of speech

Someone like me may not know the entire context or history of your feud, but getting banned from Twitch Chats and being called rat or dogshit is probably not shaking the foundations of an online community.

A real issue for me is if an openly anti-semitic cheater like Razzorman gets a good vibe interview after his games. Just to point out one
