@RDRSuperstar One of my Hausmates just told me this, and they’ve sent in 3 tickets without a “solid” response. My ticket was responded to, telling me this same thing (like I’m a noob with a 7946 SS score who doesn’t know how to find new items), but no response to my reply. Insane.

@RDRSuperstar Apparently at least two of my Haus family members are also having issues. We understand how to find new items, and that the preview of the items aren’t actually what we “got,” but none of us received anything, and support is blowing us off. Thanks for nothing!
