@zestcarrental disappointing service if claim is required. Would not recommend. The car rental company I used through them took money from my account without notice or without a receipt or invoice. Zest are struggling to resolve despite still using the company.
@JLLFitness I sent a complaint to the complaints department on the 24 th Jan. I have had no acknowledgement or response. Is there a department for complaining about complaints?
@JLLFitness I have waited very patiently for responses. Never chasing emails. What do you consider a good response for damaged goods that you cannot use? I started the email conversation at the end of Dec.
@JLLFitness hi trying to resolve a running machine that arrived damaged in mid December. Very slow responses from customer care by email. Really disappointed. Can see this is a regular issue on your Twitter feed.
@SkagenDenmark I sent a query re a recent purchase. No confirmation by email or response to query sent to customer services. Payment is pending. Looking at the tweets it does seem to be a regular issue. Could you assist?
@Argos_Online I am trying to speak to someone re order since yesterday morning. Have emailed, tried live chat and DM you. No response any helpful suggestions?
'Stop worrying about computer systems and go and work with children & families all day long' - what the late Dave Hill told social workers when he was turning round Essex children's services. A huge loss to @SurreyNews and the sector.

it’s actually staggering to watch Boris Johnson’s incompetence & idiocy in comparison with a responsible & effective leader.
‘I was at a hospital where there were a few coronavirus patients and I shook hands with everybody’
With record number of deaths & concern mounting about Government handling of crisis, I say again:
- Parliament needs to be recalled in Virtual form *NOW*
- We need to be able to do our jobs properly
- Government needs to be held publicly to account for the decisions it’s making
Millions of pounds have been cut from women's refuges over the last decade, and in 2017-18, an estimated 21,084 referrals to English refuges were refused because of lack of funding or space.
Now we're being asked to stick a heart on our windows to deal with this crisis.
The absolute state of this. A journalist rightly asks how many NHS workers have died, the Health Secretary passes the buck, the chief nursing officer offers platitudes and no answers. No follow-up question. This cannot be let go.
I’m going to bed. But it’s unbelievable that nearly 1,000 people died today. Someone’s mother, father, brother, sister, son. Meanwhile parliament is on its hols & BBC breathlessly reporting govt’s ‘Herculean efforts’. If you’re not angry, you’re honestly not paying attention
