Choosing the right AI model for a task is weirdly hard.
I always wonder if another one would do a better job.
So I just end up using the best one every time.
Still reading self-development books?
You can use any LLM to summarize the core concepts with examples, start a discussion about them, challenge the ideas, and develop them further.
I feel like reading now makes sense mostly for great stories.
@edelapuente It felt like talking to a friend with a massive hangover. It even stopped talking, made a gagging sound like it was about to throw up, said, "Sorry," and then continued answering.
Ridiculous ๐
ChatGPT Live Voice is super annoying.
It's great that it sounds natural, but it's sooooo slow, and there's no option to make it speak faster.
It feels like you're talking to a friend who pauses for several seconds between every sentence.
2ร or even 4ร speed option would make a huge difference.
Random thought:
Europe is a continent of ~745 million people.
India is a single country of ~1.46 billion.
Maybe our way of dividing the world into continents no longer reflects the world we actually live in.
At the same time, we throw half the world's population and dozens of completely different cultures into one category: "Asia."
Trying to imagine how inefficient my work was before LLMs, and it honestly blows my mind.
Then I think about people working 25 years ago without the internet.
Absolute caveman mode. Different era. ๐ฟ
@DrewPavlou@elonmusk "1/17th the cost."
Why not just say it's free? ๐
17.32 / 1.51 = 11.47
The more accurate comparison is actually:
8.77 / 1.51 = 5.81
And yet again, developers in the US get to start building with Grok 4.5 and gain an early advantage, while developers in Europe have to wait for their turn.
The gap keeps growing.
I use Grok Build to find good, available .com domains for my vibe coding projects. It's actually awesome.
It comes up with domain names, writes its own Python script to check availability, and keeps iterating until it finds something that matches my criteria. The results are surprisingly good.
AI girls are amazing for commercials.
Zero ego. Zero scheduling. Zero lawyers.
They'll say things that even the highest-paid supermodel would instantly refuse.
As a small developer, you quickly learn how double standards work.
Big company: does it.
Me: does the exact same thing.
Payment processor: "Absolutely not."
Frustrating.
