This lady, whom I know through a friend of mine, was one of those PCMs who were kidnapped on their way to the NYSC orientation camp in Abia.
Now the kidnappers are demanding ₦50 million. Just like that!
The video below was recorded before they started their journey.
All they wanted to do was serve their fatherland. They never knew they were getting into the hands of kidnappers!
The NYSC and the government have failed them.
Family and friends are now left to run helter-skelter in search of money that's not available.
Please, let's help in any way we can. The flyer below contains her father's account number.
NYSC should really either be scrapped entirely or corps members should be allowed to camp and serve only within their regions!
The security situation in the country is just too volatile for interstate postings!
Is this how we'll continue to hear of loved ones getting kidnapped? We can't continue like this!

Two Commercial Buses Conveying Prospective Corps Members From Ibadan To NYSC Camps in the Southeast Reportedly Kidn@pped
Prospective corps members of the 2026 Batch ‘C’ Stream I who boarded buses at Samonda, Ibadan, on their way to orientation camps in Abia, Imo and Enugu states have reportedly been kidn@pped.
Two buses reportedly filled with prospective corps members travelling to NYSC orientation camps were said to have been att@cked, with the exact location of the incident yet to be established.
A woman who raised the alarm in a video shared online called on parents and relatives whose children travelled to the affected states to take immediate action and seek information about their whereabouts.
According to her, the incident happened yesterday after the prospective corps members left Ibadan, adding that a driver had confirmed the kidn@pping and that security operatives were already working to trace the abductors.
She said: “If you know you have children that went to NYSC camp, Abia State, Imo State, Enugu State, better start coming now”
“The driver confirmed it. And the commissioner and the police and the soldier, they are already tracing the kidn@ppers”
“We want to contact the soldier. We can also alert you that your children have been kid@apped.” Investigation surrounding the incident is on going.
This is heartbreaking 💔😭.
She desperately needs help to feed her children. According to the video, the babies have been surviving on pap because she cannot afford baby food or proper meals for them.
Please, if you can help in any way, kindly do. No mother should have to watch her children go hungry. 🙏🏽💔
Please share this video too. Someone who can help may see it. 🙏🏽
Three months after giving birth, Opeyemi can no longer walk.
She delivered her baby through a normal VJ birth, but the placenta did not come out. Doctors had to take her in for surgery to remove it.
Months later, she still cannot walk, and later, some men will ask, “What does a woman bring to the table?”
This is one of the prices some women pay just to bring a new life into the world.
God bless all mothers out there. 💕🩷
Oh myyyy. I still have so much to say.
Alhamdulillah for the gift of life, and especially my husband who stood beside me through one of the most terrifying moments of my life.
I had a similar experience. After 19 hours of labour and a vaginal delivery, the placenta wouldn’t come out. At some point, it tore when my doctor was trying to remove it, so he had to seek help from a surgeon nearby.
Because my body had already been through so much, the surgeon was initially reluctant to operate on me again. They had to try other means to get the placenta out.
They were preparing to do whatever they could when I suddenly lost consciousness and passed out. I was placed on oxygen, and when I eventually regained consciousness during the process, the first thing I remember doing was shouting, “It’s peppering my nose”😂
The pain? EXCRUCIATING. I remember begging for mercy.
I was under anaesthesia while the surgeon was working on me for a few hours. I gradually started regaining sensation towards the end, just as he was finishing up my episiotomy stitches. And I FELT THAT ONE GIDI.
At some point, I was completely blank. My husband would ask me questions, but my mouth felt too heavy to respond. I literally couldn’t answer him.
I couldn’t walk properly for three days, and I had a catheter on throughout that period.
But Alhamdulillah, God intervened, and that surgeon saved my life before things could get worse.
And I’ll never forget my husband’s words
“Please, do everything you can to save my wife. Any means necessary. I just want her healthy and safe”
That moment will forever stay with me.
Alhamdulillah for life.
Alhamdulillah for my husband.
Alhamdulillah for Allah’s mercy. 🤍
