"the card hasn't been loaded at all we are unable to do anything without a receipt for the original load for the intended card. As the card you have was never loaded with funds we need to find the card that was loaded instead and unfortunately, we can only do this with a receipt"

Recieved a €120One4All voucher from my class last Christmas. Went to use it last week before the fees began but turns out the card was never loaded with the funds. @one4allireland say nothing can be done without the receipt which I obviously don't have. Any advice @conor_pope 🤞

Hi @turkishairlines , its been almost 7 months and im still awaiting a refund on a large sum of money. Always enjoyed traveling with you but the customer experience has been awfully disappointing. It's past time to give me back my money. #TurkishAirlines

@TurkishAirlines requested proof that flight tickets were sent to me in form of email header. 7 weeks later I receive a reply that that information is only stored for a month. Convenient as responses often take over a month and phone operatives have (1/2)

@TK_HelpDesk I have already had numerous conversations through the feedback process as well as phone conversations. For months I was told I would be receiving my refund. Then this was all revoked. You still refuse to accept that I was never sent the tickets. #turkishairlines @TurkishAirlines

@TurkishAirlines still fail to except that they basically robbed me of €2505.53 (03/20). Money taken but no tickets issued! Phone operatives can't address direct questions and email operatives ignore them. Lost amongst Covid-19 complaints. HELP! @conor_pope
