Day 1 Highlights | Building the KML Foundation

Every programme activity produces knowledge. The question is: do we capture it before it disappears?

Day 1 of the Knowledge Management Champions workshop in Borno focused on turning everyday experiences into knowledge that can be captured, shared, learned from and used for better decisions.

From understanding the Data to Information, Knowledge, and Wisdom - to exploring tacit and explicit knowledge. Participants began seeing their everyday work as valuable sources of organisational learning.

Every challenge holds an insight. Every success holds a lesson. Every activity holds knowledge.

Day 1: Seeing knowledge differently and turning it into something others can use.
