Hello @TorontoPearson is there any direct way to contact the handlers of icelandair at your Airport? They have my lost luggage and I need to arrange an exchange but am not able to contact them. The official iceland Hotline ist Not helping and ist's urgent because of my insulin.

@lufthansa Thank you very much but all the phone contacts could not provide me with any information. Ist there a way to contact the Lufthansa ground Crew at Toronto Airport directly? Icelandair tells me they did not get any further Information from you besides that it should be in Toronto.

Hello @lufthansa it seems my luggage which was lost by icelandair on wednesday has come to Toronto on your LH470 flight on thursday 4 PM. Until now I have Not received any information. Icelandair says i should ask you directly. My Insulin is in that suitcase. I really need help!
