Half day Thanksgiving brainstorm with the brilliant @shayne_coplan founder and CEO of @Polymarket at their offices. The truth finally has a business model. Going to call it: Shayne and Polymarket will be a decacorn within 24 months. 30 person team, global reach, impact and brand all helped by a super visionary founder. Shout out to my daughter @DPishevar for connecting us years ago.
The biggest mistake I see people make about friendships is that they will just happen. That’s like saying health will just happen.
The more you dial up your intentionality as a friend, the more you will dial up the quality of every other part of your life.
Definitely a lot of advantages, it is fascinating though, many of these endowments will look towards the ones of notoriety IE Yale, Stanford, Harvard etc.
Wanting to replicate, and dismissing portfolio construction. If you have more funds, it looks different. If you have exposure, it’s different. It’s all multi variant. Always look to copy the best, but fine tune to & adjust to fit your scope + thesis.
