Detective Constable Coene had the pleasure of attending the Harrow Fair again this year and for the second year in a row, he met up with Rowen!

Rowen, who dreams of one day becoming a police officer, shared a great moment with DC Coene as they chatted and posed for a photo together.

We’re always inspired by young people like Rowen who are passionate about serving their communities. We’ll be keeping an eye out for him in an OPP uniform someday! ^sd
