@British_Airways BA cancelled our flight to Singapore while we were at the gate.
We got our companion voucher, avios and comp but the companion voucher came back with its original expiration date which is in 3 weeks!
So unfair & unreasonable!! Costumer service was unhelpful!!!

2 dishes missing from my order @Deliveroo @DeliverooHelp @DeliverooEng and Deliveroo is not giving me a refund for missing items! Please explain why I am paying for dishes that didn’t arrive?

@DeliverooHelp @Deliveroo @DeliverooEng I did and I was told that I won’t be issued a refund. And they said they can’t disclose why. Why should I pay for food I didn’t receive?
