There is a new normal for primary care. All requests have a telephone call first and only those not able to be managed safely over the phone are given a face to face appointment. The clinician will wear full PPE. This is to protect patients and staff. This is not over yet!

Self-isolation guidance for positive COVID-19 cases has changed.

On days 6 & 7 of self-isolation, you should take a rapid lateral flow test 24 hours apart.

If both tests are negative, you can stop self-isolating.

The first test must be taken no earlier than day 6.
