After two long years, the FFA was finally able to hold the Ag Olympics! The kids competed in dizzy Izzy, sack races, tug of war, egg toss, and milk chugging. It was a fun way to end FFA week.

Today we held a Lip Sync Battle at the end of the day. Students impressed grades 6-12 with their non singing abilities. Top Two advance and compete in front of the school before Ag Olympics on Friday. #ohioffa #nationalffaweek

Today the officers went into grades Prek-4 and gave a history lesson on the Official FFA dress and it’s significance in the FFA organization. Students then got to construct a jacket of their own, as well as ask questions about the FFA to our officers.

Change of plans! The Botkins game will no longer be this Friday, instead the game will be held tomorrow at Fairlawn. The Fairlawn FFA will also be holding a donation drive. They ask that you bring diapers, wipes, and gently used/new coats and gloves. JV will tip off at 6:00.

The Fairlawn FFA Parliamentary Procedure teams competed in the Sub District Competition Monday night. Both the advanced and novice teams will be advancing to the district competition on November 30. Good luck to them all!

Yesterday the Fairlawn FFA welcomed Duane Mullen. He is a Veteran of the Air Force and spent his time speaking of his experiences. The school was able to hear him speak in our first assembly of the year. Thank you Mr. Mullen and all other Veterans for your service 🇺🇸

annual national FFA convention in Indianapolis Indiana. Members sat through sessions and toured different
facilities. The facilities toured we're Frank Miller lumber
in Union City Indiana and Barhorst Belgians outside Fort
Loramie

Past Fairlawn FFA graduates were honored Saturday at the 94th National FFA convention. They received their American FFA Degree. Grace Weigandt, and Jackie Bensman were able to attend. Members not pictured are Jessica Batton, and Garrett Smail. Congratulations to everyone!
